Types of Information Collected

When you access and use the Services, we collect information that you voluntarily provide, and we collect certain information automatically. We may also obtain information from third party sources, and we may combine the information collected.

Personal Contact Information, such as your first and last name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.

Login Information you provide when you create an account (typically an email address and password).

Order and Payment Information, such as billing and shipping information and products purchased. We associate this information with your online account. Our e-commerce store is powered by Shopify, and when you submit payment information to complete a purchase Shopify collects that information and transfers it to a payment processor. Shopify transmits the last 4 digits of your credit card and a Shopify Payment ID number to us. Shopify stores your payment information for future purchases if you select that option.

Interests, Preferences, and Demographic Information, such as age, race, and gender.

Content of Communications and Content You Provide or Post, such as comments, photos, videos, customer reviews, and testimonials.

Technical Information Collected Automatically, including your IP address or device identifier, domain name, referral data (e.g., the last website visited prior to accessing this website, pages viewed, and time spent), login and access times, device location, and device information such as browser and platform type.

Geolocation Data, such as device location.

Audio/Electronic/Similar Information, such as call and video recordings.

Our online e-commerce platform provider also employs security measures, such as firewalls and encryption, when storing information you provide online when you complete a transaction. However, you should know that no company can fully eliminate security risks associated with personal information.

Your Privacy Rights

You can review and update your account information or terminate your account at any time.

You can unsubscribe from commercial email messages and SMS messages using the unsubscribe mechanism provided. Note, however, that if you opt-out of receiving commercial email messages you may continue to receive non-commercial messages from us that we are entitled or required to send.

Nevada residents have a right to submit a verified request directing a website operator to not make any “sale” of covered information collected about a consumer for monetary consideration to a person for such person to license or sell the information to additional persons, subject to certain exceptions. We do not engage in the “sale” of covered information, as that term is defined.
