Supplements

All VORA supplements are covered by our Full or Free Guarantee, a money-back guarantee excluding shipping costs (for both delivery and return) upon receipt of unused product. Return requests can be submitted to the Contact Us page linked here where return instructions will be provided. All return requests must include the order confirmation number and be submitted within 30 days from your receiptof the original order. At least one unopened and unused serving of the VORA supplement must be returned to qualify for a refund. Upon receipt and inspection of the supplement(s), a full refund for the returned item(s), excluding shipping costs, will be issued to the original form of payment.

Merchandise

Merchandise and apparel can be returned for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Unfortunately, returns and exchanges are not available for free gifts. Return requests can be submitted to the Contact Us page linked here (insert link) where return instructions will be provided. All return requests must include the order confirmation number and be submitted within 30 days from your receipt of the original order. To be eligible for return, items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in like-new condition (unwashed, unworn, with tags intact). Refunds cannot be issued for items that do not meet these criteria. Upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise or apparel, a full refund of the returned item(s), excluding shipping costs, will be issued to the original form of payment. For exchanges, request a refund and submit a new order. If you received a damaged item, please notify us immediately.
